📜 দুমদাম বিক্রয় ও লেনদেনের শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions)

১. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
গ্রাহক অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর Doomdaam টিম ফোন কল বা মেসেঞ্জারে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করবে।
যদি ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত না হয়, সিস্টেম স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।

২. পেমেন্ট ব্যবস্থা
বর্তমানে শুধুমাত্র নগদে ডেলিভারি (Cash on Delivery) পদ্ধতিতে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হয়।
ভবিষ্যতে বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার ও অন্যান্য অনলাইন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি চালু হতে পারে।
অনলাইন পেমেন্ট চালুর পূর্বে আমরা উন্নত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করব যা PCI-DSS স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ও নিরাপত্তা প্রটোকল অনুসরণ করে। গ্রাহকের পেমেন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সর্বোচ্চ সুরক্ষায় রাখা হবে।

৩. ডেলিভারি সময় ও শর্ত
ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।
ঢাকার বাইরে ৩–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হবে।
জাতীয় ছুটি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্যান্য অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতিতে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে; বিলম্বের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে অবহিত করা হবে।
যদি বিলম্ব Doomdaam-এর কারণে ঘটে, গ্রাহককে ক্ষতিপূরণ বা বিকল্প পণ্য প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

৪. রিটার্ন নীতি
ভুল পণ্য, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য বা মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে, ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে জানাতে হবে।
ব্যবহৃত, খোলা বা গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
পণ্যের সঙ্গে থাকা ট্যাগ, বক্স, ম্যানুয়াল ও উপহারসহ সম্পূর্ণ অবস্থা বজায় থাকতে হবে।
রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করার সময় আমাদের থেকে রিটার্ন ফর্ম পূরণ করতে হবে এবং রিটার্ন ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
রিটার্ন প্যাকেজ অবশ্যই মূল নির্মাতার সিল বা টেপ ছাড়া থাকতে হবে।
রিটার্ন পণ্য অনুমোদিত ড্রপ-অফ পয়েন্ট বা হাব-এ সরবরাহ করতে হবে।
রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ সাধারণত গ্রাহক বহন করবে, যদি না পণ্য ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পাওয়া যায়, সেই ক্ষেত্রে Doomdaam শিপিং চার্জ বহন করবে।
রিটার্ন আবেদন ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে করতে হবে এবং পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে।
অনুমোদিত রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৫. রিফান্ড নীতি
অনুমোদিত রিটার্নের জন্য টাকা ফেরত দেওয়ার প্রক্রিয়া ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
রিফান্ড গ্রাহকের মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম অনুসারে করা হবে (যেমন: অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে সেই একাউন্টে ফেরত)।
টাকা ফেরত প্রক্রিয়ায় বিলম্ব হলে গ্রাহককে ইমেইল বা কলের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করা হবে।
রিফান্ডের স্ট্যাটাস গ্রাহক ওয়েবসাইট বা কাস্টমার সার্ভিস থেকে জানতে পারবেন।

৬. মূল্য ও ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স
সাইটে প্রদর্শিত সমস্ত মূল্য ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স সহ প্রদান করা হয়, যদি আলাদা উল্লেখ না থাকে।
ভুল মূল্যে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার Doomdaam সংরক্ষণ করে।

৭. অর্ডার বাতিলের নিয়ম
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার আগে গ্রাহক যেকোনো সময় অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
অর্ডার বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার ফি ধার্য করা হতে পারে এবং গ্রাহককে পূর্বে জানানো হবে।
বারবার অর্ডার দিয়ে নিশ্চিত না করলে ভবিষ্যতে অর্ডার গ্রহণের সুযোগ বাতিল হতে পারে।

৮. বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা ও অভিযোগ
পণ্য ব্যবহার সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রশ্ন, সহায়তা বা অভিযোগের জন্য গ্রাহক আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

অভিযোগ জমা দেয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে গ্রাহককে নিশ্চিতকরণ পাঠানো হবে।
প্রতিটি অভিযোগ ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পর্যালোচনা এবং সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে।
প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহকের সাথে ফলো-আপ করা হবে এবং সমস্যা দীর্ঘায়িত হলে আপডেট দেওয়া হবে।

১. তথ্য সংগ্রহ

📜 Doomdaam Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, the Doomdaam team will confirm the order via phone call or Messenger.
If the order is not confirmed within 24 hours, the system may automatically cancel the order.

2. Payment Method
Currently, payment is accepted only via Cash on Delivery (COD).
In the future, bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and other online payment methods may be introduced.
Before launching online payments, we will ensure the use of advanced payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS standards and security protocols. Customer payment and personal data will be kept highly secure.

3. Delivery Time & Conditions
Delivery within Dhaka city will be made within 2–3 working days.
Delivery outside Dhaka will be completed within 3–7 working days.
Delivery may be delayed due to national holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances; customers will be notified in case of delays.
If the delay is caused by Doomdaam, customers may be eligible for compensation or alternative products.

4. Return Policy
If customers receive wrong, damaged, or expired products, they must notify our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
Used, opened, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return.
Tags, boxes, manuals, and gifts that came with the product must remain intact.
To start the return process, customers must fill out a return form and obtain a return tracking number from us.
Return packages must not have the manufacturer’s original seal or tape removed.
Returned products must be delivered to approved drop-off points or hubs.
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the product was wrong or damaged, in which case Doomdaam will cover the shipping cost.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and products must be returned within 14 days.
Approved returns will be eligible for product exchange or refund.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method (e.g., refunds for online payments will be made to the same account).
Customers will be notified by email or phone in case of refund delays.
Refund status can be checked via the website or Customer Service.

6. Price and VAT/Taxes
All prices shown on the website include VAT/taxes unless otherwise stated.
Doomdaam reserves the right to cancel orders if prices are displayed incorrectly.

7. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order anytime before order confirmation.
Cancellation fees may apply and customers will be informed beforehand.
Repeated cancellations or failure to confirm orders may result in cancellation of future order privileges.

8. After-Sales Service & Complaints
